Art as Healing Series

A series of online art-therapy based workshops, designed to give space and compassion to the importance of racial and cultural trauma. We look at this particular trauma through various lenses throughout our workshop range.

These workshops were originally recorded live and ran throughout 2021 in response to a wider need, offering safe virtual spaces to collectively heal and process the multi-layered aspects of racial and cultural trauma. Participants joined from all over the world to learn, share and use creative exercises to process this shared, ongoing issue.
